Applications:

The primary system application is to accelerate the cure of two part resin systems, paint, primers and other coatings. Advanced control functions make these units truly self supporting. Simply adjust the cure settings by using the built in controller, activate the cure cycle and the HCS2044 Infrared Curing System will run automatically. An audible signal informs the operator when the cure is finished. High-efficiency, electric quartz infrared heat elements emit radiant energy that penetrates the outer surface of the heated part. This helps to eliminate moisture that may be trapped under the finished surface, significantly reducing finish defects. An adjustable head allows heat to be directed exactly where it is needed on the part.
