While TSL Aerospace specializes in niche fabrication requirements, we are able to provide complete fabrication of your assemblies to support your requirements.  TSL works closely with approved raw materials suppliers, qualification/validation test facilities and approved sub-contractors for secondary processing to provide customers with complete assembly packages.

Approved Processes Include:

• Tube bending 0.250" - 2.00" of aluminum, titanium and stainless steel

• GTAW welding of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, inconel, titanium ranging from 0.020" to 1.00" thick

• Swaging of Eaton Sierracin-Harrison fittings and Hydraflow/Wiggins fittings

• Pressure testing up to 4500 PSI

• Part marking using VideoJet Ink Jet 1220

• Identification of plumbing lines

• Weld inspection, CMM Romer and visual inspection
