SWAGING

In producing many tube types and styles, TSL Aerospace is approved by North American Aerospace customers to install and test several types of roller swaged, elastomerically swaged and Hydraflow/Wiggins swaged fittings in the size range from 0.250” to 2.00” inches in diameter.

Approved Processes:

• Installation of Sierracin/Harrison flareless end fittings (35211/35212/35235)

• Installation of Hydraflow swaged ferrules

• Installation of Wiggins/Adel ferrules

TSL continues to add equipment and processes to expand this capability to provide a full complement of swaging processes as required by our customers.
